Your Mission

Drive Aquasan’s growth across the Southern Ontario Region by developing high-value partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities, and converting them into long-term business relationships.

This role blends strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution. You will play a key role in strengthening our presence in the Ontario market while contributing directly to revenue growth.

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in industrial sectors
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts
  • Position Aquasan as a trusted partner in wastewater optimization and environmental performance

 What You’ll Do

Market Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a structured business development plan targeting priority industries and high-growth sectors
  • Identify new market opportunities, applications, and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Initiate conversations through networking, outreach, and industry presence
  • Lead or support discovery meetings, proposals, and deal progression
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline

Technical & Consultative Approach

  • Be a key liaison between clients and the technical manager, to ensure a deep understanding of operational, technical, and regulatory requirements
  • Translate technical solutions into clear business value
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions

Relationship & Account Development

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (operations, engineering, procurement)
  • Develop long-term partnerships and expand existing accounts
  • Represent Aquasan at industry events and networking opportunities

What Success Looks Like

 Within 6–12 months:

  • Build a strong and active pipeline in the Southern Ontario
  • Convert opportunities into signed agreements
  • Establish credibility with key industry players

Within 12–18 months:

  • Secure strategic, long-term partnerships
  • Expand key accounts and increase market penetration
  • Contribute significantly to revenue growth in Ontario

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships (B2B)
  • Strong “builder” mindset: proactive, autonomous, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline

Assets (Strongly Valued)

  • Experience in industrial sectors (environmental services, water treatment, etc.)
  • Technical or engineering background
  • Experience selling value-driven or consultative solutions
  • Knowledge of the Ontario market
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
